Top foods in order to do so: bone broth, lots of vegetables and fruits- especially garlic, onions, peppers, apples, cranberries, nuts and seeds, and probiotics.

Foods that contain quercetin- which is an antihistamine ingredient found in apples, berries, grapes, ginkgo biloba tea, and green tea.

Increase your vitamin C levels with the use of lemons, limes, oranges, and supplementation.
