Founders Update - Aubrey
What was your biggest highlight of 2025?
We purchased a new home in November after tirelessly looking for months. We are just getting settled into our new neighborhood- Grandview Woodland. I turned 40 this year and celebrated with my husband and our shred crew blissfully gallivanting through the mountains on our snowboards in Japan.
Looking back, what are you feeling most grateful for this year?
Feeling most grateful for my health/strength. My little guy is so full of energy and obsessed with baseball I’m just so grateful that I can keep up with him. Through my commitment to exercise this year I reversed my osteopenia that I was diagnosed with in 2024 (check out my bone scans in Jane) and I had a healthy looking bone scan in 2025.
What habit, ritual, or routine supported your wellbeing the most this year?
Weight lift / strength training was my number one non-negotiable this year. I did it for my bones but saw so many improvements in my overall well being across the board.
What book, podcast, or idea inspired you most in 2025?
The Toronto blue jays. I just love them so much. I grew up watching baseball with my Shannon family, hearing Buck Martinez’s voice takes me back to snacking on Spitz with my dad and my grandparents glued to the TV on a hot summers day. The World Series run this year brought so much joy and excitement to my nuclear family and I never imagined the blue jays would be there after a disappointing season last year. It’s reminded me that anything is possible when you have the heart and the drive.
What are 3 words that describe the intention, dream, or hope you are carrying forward into 2026?
Love, connection, and nesting

What was your biggest highlight of 2025?
One of the most meaningful moments of this year was finding out that our family is growing. We are so excited to be welcoming a baby girl in April, and it has brought a deep sense of joy and perspective to everything we do.
Looking back, what are you feeling most grateful for this year?
I feel incredibly grateful to live in such a beautiful part of the world. Being able to step outside our back door and be immersed in nature feels like a daily gift. Sharing that connection with the outdoors with my son — watching him explore forests and creeks year-round — has been especially meaningful, and it’s something I hope nurtures a lifelong love of nature.
What habit, ritual, or routine supported your wellbeing the most this year?
Later this year, I picked up knitting, and it has become a grounding end-of-day ritual. It’s been a simple but powerful way to unwind, clear my mind, and step away from screens.
What book, podcast, or idea inspired you most in 2025?
Enrolling in a continuing education course in Advanced Women’s Health has been incredibly inspiring. It has reignited my passion for this area of care and reminded me how much I love learning. Being surrounded by knowledgeable, thoughtful colleagues has energized my practice and opened up exciting opportunities to better support our patients.
What are three words that describe what you’re carrying forward into 2026?
Family. Growth. Love.

What was your biggest highlight of 2025?
There are so many highlights! This year has been full of meaningful time with my partner, family, and friends. I was able to spend a weekend with just my grandparents in Palm Springs—my grandfather wore his Friday Health shirt the entire time, I swear. I also spent time in Mexico with my family and continued to watch my niece and nephews grow and thrive. I enjoyed more days skiing at Whistler than ever before, which brought me so much joy. I spent a week in Scotland visiting my pregnant cousin and enjoying a baby-moon together. I also fit in a half marathon & olympic triathlon. Throughout the year, I celebrated many birthdays, weddings, and new babies with the people I love most. Closer to home, my partner and I spent the year thoughtfully building a shared space that truly feels like home.
Looking back, what are you feeling most grateful for this year?
Looking back, I feel most grateful for the intentional, present time I was able to spend with friends and family this year. I’m also deeply appreciative of living in such a beautiful place and having the opportunity to spend more time closer to home.
What habit, ritual, or routine supported your wellbeing the most this year?
My morning routine checks all my boxes. I love waking up before the sun—before any interruptions—so I can be truly present with how I’m feeling, how I want to grow, and what I’m most looking forward to each day. It always includes a cup of coffee and a seat beside the fireplace with my cat, Pretzel.
What book, podcast, or idea inspired you most in 2025?
I feel constantly inspired by the people in my circle. Through long walks, shared conversations, and the simple act of showing up for one another, we exchange ideas and continue to build and grow together. That sense of collective curiosity and support has been my greatest source of inspiration this year.
What are 3 words that describe the intention, dream, or hope you are carrying forward into 2026?
Joy. Adventure. Love.

Facial Acupuncture
Facial acupuncture is a gentle, holistic treatment that supports both skin health and overall well-being, offering benefits that go far beyond anti-aging. By combining facial cosmetic acupuncture with constitutional (full-body) acupuncture, this integrative approach improves circulation, tones facial muscles, softens fine lines, and brightens the complexion while also reducing stress, improving sleep, digestion, and energy. Each session is customized to your unique needs, using facial and body acupuncture points—and often complementary techniques like gua sha, cupping, or guided relaxation—to restore balance, calm the nervous system, and enhance the skin’s natural vitality.

Microneedling
Microneedling is a safe, minimally invasive treatment that improves skin tone and texture with little downtime by using fine needles to stimulate collagen through the body’s natural healing response. It helps reduce fine lines, scarring, and hyperpigmentation, and can be enhanced with PRP to speed healing and boost results. Suitable for most skin types and conditions, including eczema, melasma, and psoriasis, optimal results are typically achieved with 3–6 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart.
Pelvic Ultrasound Assessments
In 2025, our naturopathic doctors completed advanced hands-on training with a senior sonographer, deepening our understanding of the nuances of pelvic ultrasound examinations. This specialized education strengthens our ability to clinically assess female reproductive health with greater precision and confidence.
By enhancing our ultrasound literacy, our team is better equipped to identify factors contributing to reproductive concerns, recognize potential obstacles to fertility, and thoughtfully monitor hormonal and cycle-based interventions. This training supports our commitment to safe, informed, and individualized care– allowing us to integrate diagnostic insight with naturopathic principles for more comprehensive support of women’s health.
